The dynamic between Timmy and Tyler is evolving as Tyler is able to communicate and participate more and more. Most of the time they play really well together, but there are times (sometimes entire evenings) where they just can't get along. One of them will decide they want whatever the other one is playing with and the screeching and whining starts. When they are doing something physical, Timmy is pretty good about letting Tyler get turns. This video sums up their relationship perfectly at this moment.
You can see what an amazing big brother Timmy is. As soon as Tyler starts to get upset, Timmy falls down or does something else silly so that Tyler can beat him to the ball. However, when Tyler gets unreasonable, wanting the ball every single time or not letting Timmy have a turn at all, Timmy will show him who's boss and just dominate Tyler. Timmy does reign it back in when given a reminder about how much bigger he is though, and I tell him it's much more fun for everyone when he's making Tyler laugh instead of cry.
I love these pictures because they were not posed at all! They are peas in a pod and love each other very much, which makes me a very happy Mommy!
