Happy New Year!

Tim and I were still in recovery mode for New Years, so we opted to stay home with the boys, figuring that at least Timmy would make it to midnight with us.  I had asked Timmy if he knew what New Years was and he said, "Yes, it's when a new year starts, so will it be Summer, Halloween, or Christmas next?"  I spent a few minutes re-explaining seasons to him at that point!  Tim fixed us a delicious dinner and we settled in for a movie, but both boys fell asleep by 10:30!  We even tried to wake Timmy up, but it just wasn't to be!  So here we are, ringing in the new year!

We had a good snow during the last few days of Timmy's break.  Tim got to work from home with them on Friday and took the boys sledding at the big hill in Fox Mill.  Timmy loved it; Tyler liked it until he went by himself and wiped out!

On Saturday all four of us went sledding and had a great time!

Timmy went over the little ramp on accident the first time and got some good air!  He aimed for it the rest of his runs!

Timmy could have stayed forever!  We all did the first four runs together, then Tim and I alternated going with Tyler while Timmy went!  Finally I decided I was too cold and it was time to go home, Timmy played in the snow in the backyard by himself for at least another half hour!  And now, it's back to routine!  (And hopefully I'll keep this amazing blogging streak going, and actually get to a few posts I still have not gotten to from 2013!)
