10 Months Old and Walking

I can not believe it, but last night Timmy's step taking pretty much turned into walking... He was all over the place! This clip is not even his longest walk of the night. Now obviously he's still pretty unstable, but Tim is betting that by the end of the month Timmy will be doing all of his getting around on two feet. He's a big boy!

Some New Tricks

Timmy has been very busy since he's mastered standing up. He has all kinds of things to check on and busies himself crawling from one piece of furniture to another. He is starting to hold onto the furniture and walk around it a little instead of sitting and crawling to each piece. Timmy is also becoming an expert at going up the stairs. We knew that one would come early because my mom's family room is two steps down from the rest of the house. I guess now we just need to teach him to get back down the stairs! Here are a few pictures of Timmy enjoying a bunch of new things.

9 Months Old!?!

Okay, I am having a hard time with Timmy's "birthday" this month, this one is a real milestone to me! I can't believe he's been out for as long as he was in! He has changed and grown sooo much in these short nine months, sometimes I feel like it's funny that I feel proud of him for learning to sit up, or now stand up, unassisted, just because that's what he feels like doing. But, remembering back to how completely helpless (though vocal) he was when he was first born, it's unreal! Anyways, here are some pictures and videos of Timmy on his 9 month birthday!!! You can see that he is a very busy little boy!

Our Anniversary

Last weekend Tim and I celebrated our 4 year anniversary. I can not believe how quickly the time has gone, especially this last year! We celebrated with dinner and a play by the Shakespeare Company on March 5th, our actual anniversary, and then took Friday off to go to the Baltimore Aquarium together. It turned out to be an extra special trip for me because I was selected to be the Dolphin Show volunteer!!! I got to give a command for the dolphin to do a trick and then 'meet' her by petting her belly! She was so rubbery and I was, for some reason, very surprised to see that she had a belly button! Below are some pictures of our day at the aquarium and the gifts we gave each other. For the fourth anniversary, the traditional gifts are fruit and flowers.

Well, Timmy has a new trick, as of yesterday he can pull himself up to a standing position! He managed to do this in his crib and against the baby gate, repeatedly, last night. We have enjoyed having the happiest, easiest going baby ever so far, but I'm afraid he's about to turn into a handful! He's growing up way too fast!!!!
